I still feel Pavlik would be a more exciting entrant! Bute is guarenteed a shot at the winner so he has no need to risk all the other dangerous fights when he is already guarenteed a huge fight at the end!

Pavlik doesn't have all that many options at the moment and he would also be one of the bigger men in the tournament as he is huge for middleweight!

Williams is tied up now so whey not. I think it would be a decent educated gamble on Pavliks part.

But hey that is the Dream scenario and this is boxing so we already know that it ain't gonna happen!

As soon as I saw Taylor had pulled out I knew it would be Bika and I still think it will be.

Bika beats green for me!

As for riddiculous choices- Could you imagine if they put Lacy or Manfredo in to it. I'd cry my eye's out!!!

Whilst Ward did great against Kessler (and I'll admit I called Kessler in that one), styles make fights and he has to prove that he can deal with a different kind of style in a world class fight.

Bute did great against Andrade but the same thing applies.

Froch ain't been beaten yet so hard to look past him and the same thing applies to King Arthur!

 

I would agree. But I'm not sorry he pulled out. His head was not in the right place and he genuinly looked like he could get badly hurt! I said to my mate if he was not winning that fight by the 6th they should pull him out!
