    Can some please clue me in on this guy and why he gets pegged as a stiff challenge to GGG? I'm a boxing fan and I cant recall ever seeing him fight. This clown gets stopped faster than Macklin IMO

    I know a part of it is not many are willing, but GGG really needs to fight a big name. He has so much potential but its hard to take too seriously until I see him beat a top guy.

    Sergio's people said that Golovkin would probably win by KO. There is a poll on this site about the fight. The last time I checked, 104 people had voted. Only 4 picked Stevens. Well over 90% picked Golovkin by KO. The vast majority of people out there see this as a one sided fight.

    Stevens had a highlight reel KO recently and a very big mouth. GGG wants another 2 fights this year and he was a willing victim.

    So, let's just worry who Golovkin's next opponent is gonna be after Stevens took a nice long nap on the canvas.

    Good american amateur. Modest success as a professional.
    Legit power in both hands. Decent handspeed, decent chin
    good counterpuncher. Big underdog against Golovkin, but
    gives a different stylistic look than any of Golovkins
    prior opponents.
