Why are you so scared to see Pac fight a good fighter in his PRIME? Why does that idea bother you soooooo much? When *I* had a favorite fighter in MAB, I never had to make excuses for him or defend him. He fought everyone out there anyone considered a threat. Win or lose, he got them in the ring. I was lucky. Too bad for you to be stuck with Pac.

Since when did I get scared? Pacquiao would take Valero anyday. Pacquiao ducking? You gotta be kidding, he takes anyone who is given infront of him. Can't you even get that? So you call Ledwaba(top 15pfp), Barrera(top 3 pfp,HOF), Marquez(superb technical fighter,FW&SFW champion), Morales(top 10pfp,HOF), Larios(top 10 FW), Velazquez(top 15 FW), Diaz(LW champion), Solis(Top 15 SFW,and still not beaten by any1 except Pacquiao), Hoya(10 champion of 6 division, HOF) ....

A CHERRYPICKING? and he(pacquiao) should fought the middle top fighters such as Guzrun(who failed his weight against NC,who haven't fought for years), Valero(who still untested against top fighters), Soto(who has fought only less top fighters), Linares? Juanman? (who are both lower weighters?)

Cause that is your point to any thread.... Don't you even see the logic of your post?

That argument has been taken apart at least a dozen times TODAY.

Bottom line: with at least half a dozen young, prime, dangerous fighters in Manny's weight class he ducks them ALL and has for several years in favor of fighting bigger names either on their way out the door or completely out the door and down the sidewalk.

The logic of my post is that Manny will only fight old, retired, semi-shot or completely shot fighters and until he loses the address of the old boxer's retirement home it's ****ing BLASPHEMY to compare him to Chavez, Armstrong, Pea or even PBF.

So if they were shot and old. Why do they bother to fight? Why bother to train hard and take some punishment? Why bother to even sign a contract if you knew that you will end up losing and busting your resume? Why bother?
It's not Manny's fault that he didn't fought those fighters. They are dangerous yes, but fighting the bigger names who has the experience, power, ability and proven is better fighting guys who are just plain ones.
You really don't get anything anyway. So why bother to keep arguing and saying those over and over again?
Why don't you bash the fighters your naming for not fighting the other big names?
Pacquiao can't fight all of them, You don't put 10+ people on the ring against 1 Pacquiao.
Why does Pacquiao has to fight all of them? Why don't they fight themselves and prove that they are worthy for Pacquiao if you really want them to fight.

lol. if pacquiao spent fighting those young and upcoming fighters, he would not be known as he is now today as oppose to fighting the best 3 mexicans of our generation. imagine, pacquiao today fighting guys like ledwaba, julio, lucero again and again and not fighting barrera, marquez and morales.

Just because you seem to want it again:

Ledwaba - overrated at the time, has lost to several nobodies since the Pac fight. Mediocre Carlos Contreras probably the best win of his career lol...

Barrera - nice win with extenuating circumstances (head plate, fires)

Marquez - has owned Pac for about 20 out of 24 rounds, STILL doesn't have a win against him and it's bull****.

Morales - EM at 75% beat Pac then lost every fight since, including losses to the mighty Diaz and Zahir Raheem. Pac screwed up and there was a little more left in Eric than he thought in the first fight, but he was on a serious downhill slide.

Larios - moving up in weight and didn't look good AT ALL v. Vazquez before fighting Pac. In fact Izzy got him out of there in three and Pac went to a UD with him. Guess Pac won't be fighting Izzy anytime soon either.

    Velazquez - sucked.

Diaz - paper champion, sucked. A completely shot EM beat him and was robbed.

Solis - got knocked down in the 3rd rd v. Soto and would have got KO'd if they hadn't stopped the fight on cuts.

Hoya - shot completely to ****, looked every bit as shot as Chris Byrd did at LHW.

    I'm not impressed.

    Nice a lot of excuses.

So what can you say about Guzman, Valero, Soto, Linares and Juanman?

Pac is a known fighter and has been for some time now. It's time for him to prove that he is what his countrymen desperately want him to be, and the way to do that is to fight the best opposition. Not the BEST-KNOWN opposition, the BEST opposition. And that's Linares, Juanma, Soto, Guzman etc and so on.

I don't want to see him fight Hatton. Hatton is on the downside of his career. I don't want to see him fight PBF. Floyd is retired. I want to see him fight the young badasses and I want to see what happens when he does. If he fights and beats three or four of those guys I will be on the bandwagon right beside you.

I can say that they're young, determined and at the absolute top of their game. Haven't you been paying attention?

If Pac beats them I will say he is an ATG who deserves the love he's getting.
