No, u gotta give him props now for treating future ATG's MAB, Em, ODLH like b-level no-hopers and knocking 'em around like pinatas. Past-prime or not.

boxeo#1: out of curiosity, do you still think Pac doesn't deserve to be top5 5 P4P?

Upsets do happen, and if it's a one-shot deal, it's considered a lucky thing.

But if the "lucky" fighter repeats over that same fighter, and indeed wins against a few top 10 fighters, and goes 3-1-1 against two H.O.F.'ers and you're here discrediting him, what does that make you?

    Thanks :good

    For the record......
    Biased toward Morales, possibly.
    Biased against Pacman, NO.

Both fight the way boxers should fight & have my respect for life.

I've just jumped to this page from the first but hang on, pound for pound is exactly about the way a fighter fights, and not about his accomplishments, isn't it? So that completely blows your theory out of the water, not that you could back it up well anyway. One of the poorest posts I've seen. Obviously you need to prove it against other great fighters which is exactly what he has done. Some could argue Calzaghe, Marquez or whoever they like as being the PFP #1 but it's not a deadly serious debate and Pacquiao deserves it so I'm happy with that.

With Floyd's retirement and Pacman's (recent) victories (in the lightweight and welterweight division) there has obviously changed a lot in the last 1,5 years since I started this post.
So he deserves to be in the p4p top 5 now imo.

And yes, of course, like almost anybody else I did picked him to lose against DLH. And I think he would lose against Floyd.

Do I hate him? Not at all. Because I was a bit sick about all this fuzz about him doesn't mean I am a hater. What logic is that?

By the way, hating is a big word. How can u hate someone u don't know?
There are guys that I dislike A LOT though, mainly because of how they are/act outside of the boxing ring. Examples of guys that I despise: Tarver, Vitali.

Pacs a cool dude and i'd root for him against Hatton and Floyd.

    Peace

I agree with the hate thing. In fact, i don't even hate any people.
I don't despite Tarver. I'm pretty sure this guy is pretty cool in private life.
    Vitali?? :huh

Maybe I was a bit harsh seeing as I've now realised the post was that long ago, I assumed it was from just before the DLH fight.

sasakul was lineal champ at flyweight and probably a top 10 p4p fighter at that time.
    ledwaba was a top 15 p4p fighter.
barrera was #3 p4p and lineal champ when pac beat him
morales was #6 p4p when pac beat him in the 2nd fight. actually, erik was still #9 p4p when pac beat him in the 3rd fight.
marquez was top 5 p4p when pac beat him in the rematch.
and of course, dlh in a welter superfight.

and you ask the question who pac ever beat??! :huh
