Who thinks Carl Froch is great?

**** it, I'm getting a tattoo of Carl Froch.

 

Carl Froch is great for boxing, but only a very good fighter.

 

Would someone care to tell me why people bum Carl Froch so much? Am I missing something? Is he really all that?

I used to like Froch, but as soon as he linked up with the Hearn muppets, his personality and attitude changed, started to get all cocky and think he was better than he is. Just another British fighter who thinks he's something and then gets exposed at the very highest level. Exposed like a fish out of water.

He is not great. He's just about alright. However I thought he was a cracking bloke before Hearn came in with all the PR b*llocks, "I know! We'll go the IBF route, build you up as the best world champ there has ever been! And when we get asked why we are fighting so many bums, we'll say they are "mandatory" and that everybody is ducking us."

Hurry up and get the Clev-Froch fight on. Clev ain't all that, but he's good enough to do Froch and humble him once again. But will Hearn want it? Will Froch bite the bullet and move up a tthe latter part of his career?

Doubt it.

 

The arrogance is just the Sheriff of Nottingham character he plays. He's shown humility and class in defeat.

 

A safe stay busy opponent that he doesnt have to give a fair split of the purse to.

While he coulda got any number of decent opponents, why pay them. This is a voluntary and if he keeps his title after Bute in March, he'll go on to defend it vs bigger and better opposition.:good
