Think klitschko beats him, bad style match up for AJ imo. Joshua will try to box wlad and will end up getting caught coming in. Wlad has too much experience and Joshua is too green at this point.
To early for Joshua. Despite Klitschko's shot shy performance against TF I think he takes it on points if it does happen as I don't think Joshua would be able to blast him out as he has done with previous fighters.
If Joshua make this a war from the first bell I could see him winning. If he sits back from first bell then I think Wlad wins.Joshua got to take Wlad out for victory.
In fairness the only fighter I've seen getting written off by posters is Joshua. Of course, if Joshua does win don't expect said posters to give him an iota of credit.
True, but I doubt AJ will be able to do what Fury did because he can't box and move like Fury. AJ is stiff, Robotic and not exactly hard to hit.
That was 2 years ago though. 2 years is a long time on a fighter now aged 40. Also, Wlad probably had his special bouncy canvas to help him.
I seem to find it's American boxing fans who don't like or rate Joshua. They are a bitter bunch, boxing in the US will be pretty much dead if Kovalev beats Ward, they will have nothing left really. Danny Garcia is trying to make fights with the likes of Sam Eggington, Wilders best win is STILL Stiverne, who else is left? Terrence Crawford? Can't sell 60k in his own country in a unification fight with the number 2 in his divison. The money for fighters is here in the UK, Haymon fighters are not fighting regularly enough and HBO are all in on Golovkin. I pretty much take all the Joshua insults with a pinch of salt, the criticism is fine if it's constructive but just to call him a "hype job" or "bum" shows a real lack of knowledge or like I said a bitterness and jealousy.
I give joshua critism now and again but do realise hes a tremendous prospect. Whos done everything thats been asked of him. Looks like hes gonna be hard work for anyone with one or two chinks in his armour. Still reckon even guys in the know who are mostly saying hes the goods dont even know until we see at least one good challenger in with him.
I think Wlad beats him, and beats him comfortably. Fury with his size, reach, movement and switch hitting was just about the worst stylistic match up for Wlad. Joshua whilst a big unit with heavy hands does not have the movement or awkwardness to trouble Wlad. When you look back over Wlads career and see how easily he's dealt with big punchers, you get some idea how this fight will play out. Joshua isn't outboxing Wlad, and Wlad doesn't eat many big shots against anybody, so i see a scenario where after 5 or 6 rounds Joshua gets tired and frustrated trying to nail Wlad with the big shot, gets reckless and then gets walked onto something.
He also hits a lot harder than Fury and don't forget that TF wasn't exactly a defensive wizard before the Wlad fight, he got floored and rocked by the likes of Steve Cunningham and other journeymen but yet with the right tactics Wlad barely laid a glove on him. If Fury can soundly beat Wlad I believe AJ can too, not saying it's a sure thing but more than possible.
