Who thinks the ref stopped the RJJ fight to soon

I don't good stoppage, IMO.
Didn't seem like Jones complained to much either from watching that cut off version.
(Anyone who seen the full version hear any post fight from Jones?)

 

It was a good stoppage roy wasn't throwing anything and seemed like he was cool with the stoppage.

 

Although it seemed like most of the shots were hitting leather, he needs to defend himself.

 

He wasn't punching back. Fair stoppage.

 

Also, his legs were gone when he stumbled back to the ropes after the ref broke it up the first time.

 

Gd stoppage, u could see when the ref pulled them apart from a clinch roys legs almost folded.

 

Do we need Roy carried out on his back?

He was done. That temple shot really hurt him. The ref did give him another go and he started getting pummled again.

 

after they broke he had the chance to steady himself and at least look like he was gna throw, the ref did what he had to do

Nah. The only thing left was for Roy to try to throw the hook. But Green had no reason to back off so he propably would have thrown a hook too.

then they end up throwing hooks in exchange and Roy gets hurt even worse. Good stoppage IMO .

Wasn't moving his feet or initiating a clinch either. He just withdrew into a shell.

I would have loved to see him make it out of the round, but you can't fault the ref for that. Man that ish breaks my heart. :-(

 

IMO RJJ was not throwing back and he was still getting through his guard Good stop by the ref.
