    Mayweather won the fight. Baylis was keeping an eye on Maidana because Mayweather complained about the dirty tactics in the first fight. But Mayweather, inspite of not looking as sharp as usual, clearly won that fight. It wasn't close.

    Mayweather won, no doubt about that but it was a totally disgusting refereeing performance and a rather negative display by Mayweather.
