So who took more out from each other Cotto or Margo...

Margo one fight after the Cotto fight, losing by enbarrasing KO to Moesly

Cotto two fights , two win, one agaisnt a tought opponent name Joshua Clottey who should ahve beaten Margo if his hands were not hurting...

So who took more out of who?

Too hard to tell without Marg fighting again. After the Cotto fight Marg was said to not have been training as hard and really enjoying his victory. If he returns we'll know.

I dont think you should use the michael jennings fight to measure anything. clottey might've lost to margo due to his hurt hand as you claim, but then he might've also lost to cotto due to a knee injury from a body slam, a nut shot, and a haymaker to the back of the head, its not even that clear of a win for cotto.

I think Margo took more from Cotto. We will see after Margo's fight in March of 2010.

Plaster aside, if Margarito is indeed badly declined, I doubt it's mainly just the Cotto fight. He has a real high energy style, takes a good deal of punishment, and has been fighting professionally since he was 15. The Cotto & Mosley fights could've just been the ones that pushed him over.

Margarito was fine after the Cotto fight although Cotto looked great early on it was really only 5 of the first 6 rounds where he was doing very well. Cotto didnt sit on his punches very often thats a reason why Margarito no respect for Cotto and came forward like he was just fighting a child basically. Mosley sat on his punches and beat the ever loving **** out of Margarito BADLY. Margarito put a beating on Cotto and im sure there are so after effects but mostly more mental then phyiscal thats why I believe Cotto was just trying to run and make it a full 12 although he wasnt trying to win after the 5th or 6th round similar to Jones-Tarver III.
