Id say from post dela hoya figgt...as he wasn't the a side until after that fight.....There fore he had no control on announcing fight ect...drug testing begins when a fight is announced. ...hence mayweather berto had no testing at all because he announced 5-6 weeks before tge actual date
Do you recall when Kell Brook requested drug testing against Shawn Porter. Then Al Haymon rearranged it to a month earlier for PED cheat Porter to wriggle out and USADA said they can't do it because the testing needs to take place over a minimum of 6 weeks... ....USADA then tested Mayweather and Berto for 5 weeks. Further proof of their corruption :-(
