Who trains harder Ronaldo or Floyd Mayweather Jr?

    That's what I'm saying this bull**** about floyd only trains when he has a fight is nonsense this guy is constantly training hence why he remains in great shape.

    there was a study done on this I forget the article but boxing ended up being the most intense followed by swimming

    Exactly. Tbh if someone said do a football session and a boxing session a large majority would say Boxing is harder to do and harder to keep up with. I did a boxing session (non contact) with under 13's i coach. They train pretty hard anyways but they was pissing sweat and gasping after one minute rounds on pads.

    Footballers are to reach certain level of fitness during the season and then they train (and play) to maintain it. If a footballer trained like a boxer they would be exhausted by the end of the season and not put in their best performances. Can't compare the two.

    For instance, when Harry Greb was fighting every second week, I doubt he was training as hard as other fighters.
