Who truly thinks Trinidad can beat Roy Jones Jr ?

i don't believe that, if Trinidad catches Roy he will hurt him, that changes everything...I don't buy that Jones has a glass jaw though.

 

Well, if Tito catches Jones with a perfect shot coming in, he will have a chance. But i'm talking just his overall power at this weight. It won't affect Jones that much.

Trinindad is simply fighting way above any weight he should be fighting in and it will show.

Wow what a great summary of Roy and Tito......reading your assessment Roy should have been the greatest of all time and still can be, While Tito should have never stepped in the ring let alone become champ in three different weight classes. Prime for prime Jones is to fast for Trinidad. Now I'm not sure what either guy can still do. The question is can not will Trinidad beat Jones. He has a beter chance now than before but I don't think he will beat Jones.

 

Tito has fought 3 times since being raped by Bhops way back in 01, RJJ will easily win and he will likely stop tito as well. Everybody keeps saying what if Tito connects with this or that but let me ask this what happens when the much bigger and stronger Jones connects? This fight is a mismatch IMO.

 

He never really had decent punches land clean in that fight!..Bhop had him of balance so hard in that fight that Trinidad could never get his legs behind 1 single punch! If you think Trinidad ever hit Hopkins when 100% of his power behind it your sadly mistaken. Hopkins NEVER let him get his legs into a single punch. I think Trinidad has the power to hurt just about anyone, you just have to have a suicidal boxer whos going to sit in front of him and exchange punches..Not grapple maul headbutt and run! IM not taking ANYTHING away from Hopkins..He fought a masterful fight. If you all replay the Winky Wright fight..Trinidad still had A LOT of power on his hooks! Honestly replay the Winky/Tito fight and listen to the impact of some of the hooks that he was able to get his footing into..His power was there but his legs are S H O T ! ! ! If Roy sits on the ropes and lets Tito plant his legs and rip hooks...Roy will then quickly change his strategy because I know that Roy Jones is definitely underestimating Trinidads punching power. If you keep Tito off balance his power drops DRASTICALLY. But if you let him stand planted and you take a full blown shot you're dead and thats why at 147lbs he was a demon. If Roy tries to fight sloppy and careless like he likes to do I woudn't be suprised if he gets decked hard right on the chin.

Trinidads legs are definitely more shot than Roy Jones legs and thats why Roy is going to win..leg movement.

one thing about tito he comes to fight roy doesn't do good when people come to fight (glen johnson,tarver,grffin(1))he likes to box i think roy would look better vs winky tito puts alot of pressure on fighters winky and bhop have great D roy doesn't i say tito stops him tito is going to press the action all night long and stop him
