Probably not totally inaccurate. Chisora a little lower, Whyte a little higher maybe. Very few at Heavyweight have a good resume. A **** tonne of fighters have had 0s that they lost to Klitschko, who's best wins are against Chisora / Malik Scott / Tony Thompson level guys
The HW's within the 20-40 mark could have a blanket thrown over them I suppose. There seems such a wide difference between the top 10 compared to the rest. Not a linear type deal.
