I always believed the Mosley/Margarito fight was praised too much. Take nothing away from Mosley, he came in with a great gameplan and fought well, but Margarito isn't too hard to figure out. He's not faster than Mosley, he doesn't hit as hard, and he's not as ring savvy, he's a come forward fighter who breaks you down, and that will never happen to Sugar Shane, except maybe in this fight. Mosley will not be able to deal with Pac's speed, power, his angles, everything. It's too much, I genuinly believe Mayweather could've got him out of there in the later rounds had he wanted to, instead of coasting. People always act as if Margarito did nothing in the fight too, he caught Mosley a decent amount of times, Sugar will get hit in this fight, and I would take Pac to stop him in 9, but at the most I think Mosley would get to round 12 before being stopped. I don't see this going the distance, it's too much to ask.

    Ehh...

Arum wants Mosley essentially out of convenience; not because of his legitimacy as a credible opponent - that much is obvious.

I for one would love it if Arum would actually do some real promotional work instead of forcing Mosley on us and relying merely on his name recognition to sell the fight. How bout putting him on the undercard of Pac's next PPV fight and match him against a credible opponent - that way, Pac has an inherent legitimate option for his next fight should Mayweather continue to deffer.

Naturally the guy that Mosley ought to face against on Pac's next PPV undercard is another potential opponent that's being considered for Pacquiao.

    Enter Andre Berto.

The winner between Mosley-Berto, again, will have inherently gained the status as a legitimate opponent choice for Pac and would also be promotionaly viable after achieving a win against a 'name fighter' and getting the exposure to the casual fan market on Pac's undercard.

Pac would then have a built in opponent who his fan-base and the causal fan-base knows of who's coming off of a win.

And yes, I get it that this scenario is a pipe-dream and isn't likely to happen, sadly.

CMON NOW..COME UP WITH BETTER EVIDENCE THAN THIS...UR $HIT IS WEAK MAN...

SHANE IS MUCH MORE DESERVING AND HAS BEEN RANKED HIGHER..FURTHERMORE HE IS MORE DANGEROUS AND HAS MORE POWER THAN TONY

OWNED YA..GOTTA BRING BETTER FACTS TO THE TABLE WITH BETTER EVIDENCE..THIS WEAK $HIT NOT GONNA DO MUCH IN TERMS OF "POSTING WITH KNOWLEDGE":deal

The "Juice For Juice" Title will Be On The Line.

Everyone knows Mosley is finished got schooled by Mayweather
looked terrible against Mora so now Pac wants to fight him.

Fact: A while back they didn't want no part of Mosley. :deal
Cherry picking at its finest here. :deal
Nobody but "*******s" want to see this fight. :deal

Why not fight the guy everyone knows beat you & could beat you again
in Marquez at 140lbs or a young hungry fighter like Berto. :think

we will watch it as always in a big screen, i always think mosley is better than margarito, if thousands watched the margarito fight then what of mosley who in the second round of his fight with PBF almost knock:thumbsup
mayweather into his senses again. a knockout here by the pacman will make pbf more hesitant to come out but a win by mosley would open new
    frontiers in boxing

When Manny fought Cotto at a catchweight of 145lb after he had already faced Oscar at 147lb it was obbvious he could make the weight, so why then ask for a catch-weight from Cotto when the title was on the line, thats the bull**** in that meaningless title that neither fighter deserved, Margarito had already taken Cotto's title, they pulled this title out of thin air.

Just the way they pulled the so called "154lb" title out of thin air to give to two fighters in which one had been previously beaten to a pulp, was suspended for a year and had been previously fighting at welterweight, neither fighter had beaten a real 154lb Champion to win a belt, Pac weighed ten pounds less than the Jr. Middleweight limit never fought at 154 and never will, it was just a ploy to get stupid mother****ers like you to believe he actually won an 8th world title.

They can make a title for any fight between any fighters that doesn't make that **** legit and your SRL arguement only substantiated my point, anytime a fighter can win two different division titles fighting at 168lb and to win the 168 & 175lb titles is as fraud as it gets, they may as well give the winner of Bradley/Alexander the WBO 147 pound title, which is possible because they can do what they want in this sport and get mildly ******ed fans such as yourself to support something that is obviously corrupt and driven by money and not integrity.

And P.S. I don't hate either fighter I just call bull**** when i see it, if they continue to let fighters win titles that are created without having to earn it by actually beating a real title -holder, then whats the point of even acknowledging belts and Champions.

I'm not absolutely sure Shane beats either; Marquez can counter Mosley who often gets wild and Berto is strong and fast.

As long as the fighter weighs within the weight limits of the division the belts should be relevent. Pac shouldnt have the 154 tltle.
