Way to avoid the question. You just pull generalities out of your ass and expect them to be taken as absolutes.

Kind of like 75% of the General Forum.

Gatti was not nearly good enough to warrant being in the HOF, and was never a top fighter, let alone a great one. I hope that answers your question. If it doesn't, **** off.

It doesn't, but you've answered enough questions about your abilities to comprehend that further pursuit of the issue is rather pointless.

    Have a terrific day! :good

Gatti was much better at blocking punches with his face.

And Pazienza was good at pointlessly skipping around the ring and throwing bull**** shoeshine punches.

SalSanchezFan must be Mickey Ward in disguise, hyping up his friend/old rival.

Gatti is responsible for making Angel Manfredy look like Carlos Ortiz.

Paz wasn't an all time great, but he'd kick the **** outta Gatti.

Gatti was basically on the same tier as say, Mike Alvarado.

Agreed on all fronts, Haugen was better than Gatti, and Paz would have been to big and strong for Gatti...
I'm starting to believe the boxing HOF, is a popularity and political gimmick, and really shouldn't be taken seriously :-(
Every HOF, should be like major league baseball, where only the best of the best get in, and integrity matters..

    Gatti.

He beat T. Patterson x2. He knocked out C. Grove, G. Ruelas, J. Gamache, T. Millet, G. Branco, L. Dorian, J. Leija, T. Damaged, and others.

Even in his losses to I. Robinson x2 and A. Manfredy he came close and they were fight of the year type fights. You can never forget his 3 wars with Ward. Sure, Delahoya and Mayweather beat him badly... they would have done the same to the Pazmanian Devil.

I tried to be a Pazienza fan but he came up short too often. He beat Haugen 2 out of 3 but I was never all that impressed with Haugen. Haugen blocked punches with his face and didn't have much power. He was no match for Camacho. Pazienza was quick but he wasted a lot of energy doing nothing. Paz was strong but his punches were weak. He really wasn't much of a boxer IMO. Clearly lost to Roger Mayweather. Didn't look good against a very old Duran x2. Was lucky he got the wins vs. E. Cervantes and G. Brown. Aaron Davis and Herol Graham made him look foolish. You can't tell me he wasn't juicing after his accident either.
