I voted for RJJ..although I want Oscar to be the best of the 90's.

Whitaker however, is the greatest of the 90's.

RJJ has the third greatest H2H ability ever, I think.

Independent of resume, Roy was better than De La Hoya or Pea.

 

Whitaker outweighed Oscar on fight night. He was walking around near 160 during his WW reign. Being short =/= being small.

 

Tito was greater than them both!

 

Jones was the better fighter in the sense that he looked more unbeatable than DLH.

DLH probably fought the tougher fighters overall & was involved in fights that were better for the sport.

Pick what you like.

 

And as already said, Whitaker was better & greater than both.
