Mayweather for me. More belts in more divisions. More wins over past or present world champs. Was still #1 in the world well past an age where Roy deteriorated. Left the game unbeaten.

Jones is better H2H. In terms of accomplishments it depends what you prefer. Floyd kept his 0 but cherry picked and played the A side nonsense. although did fight a lot of champs. Roy went from Middle to Heavy and in his prime completely clowned the opposition.
Roy is greater for me. Floyd would have been if he didn't pull so much diva crap.

I can see both sides but at their respective peaks Roy put more distance between himself and his competition than did Floyd. Until age 35, at which time his reflexes had slowed enough to make him mortal, he was untouchable. Beat two of the greatest boxers of his generation.

In terms of technical ability - Mayweather.
In terms of once in a generation talent and god given abilities simply not possessed by others - Jones.

Got dropped by Del Valle and DQ’d against Griffin in a tough fight. Also looked great against a lot of shitty opponents.

Floyd doesn't have wins over anyone as good as Toney & Hopkins. And Roy was WAY out of his element yet still grabbed a belt. Floyd had too many stipulations.

    Roy Jones

Floyd was "Joneslike" at 130 but after that not as explosive offensively. You couldn't lay a glove on Jones in his prime.
