that tyson just got out of jail and wasnt the prime beast he was b4. + holeyfeild isnt exactly shabby.

ali struggled with joe fraizer and tyson is a more complete version. is faster probably even faster then ali, tighter d, bombs in 2 hands, bigger arsenal, excellent combination punching and can actually see out of 2 eyes.

ali would be sorry he even through a jab. probably end up trynna tie tyson up like he did to joe difference is tysons an animal and ali would eat elbows for his trouble.

i really cant see how ali can beat iron mike.

Prime Tyson vs Prime Foreman would have been the greatest heavyweight fight of all times. So prime vs prime? It's even but in career wise? Foreman over Frazier is better then any fighters Tyson beat.

I see Ali beat prime Tyson. Sure Tyson was a man beast but who did he really beat to show he can beat a fighter in Ali's level or close to it? Many ppl here making excuses of the reason why Tyson was destroyed by Dougles but imo even if Tyson was lets say train hard in that fight, he would have still lost to Dougles in a closer fight but still by late ko or tko. Tyson has never face a fighter that was close to Ali style. Ali great skills, footwork and jab would easily bother Tyson.

Ali beats Tyson comfortably 11-4, 10-5. Tyson puts on a strong showing at the start but Ali is way to durable, skillful and for tyson. Like I said before, if Tyson can't KO bone crusher smith then how the **** does he KO Ali? Also frazier gave Ali trouble because of his head movement. Although Tyson beats Frazier in a lot of departments like speed power and a tighter defence his head movement isnt as good as frazier's and couldn't take a punch like Frazier could (Foreman being the exception to this). Now we could go on about this till the cows come home bit let's stick on topic now?

Prime Foreman's loss is better than prime Tyson's loss and prime Foreman's wins are better than prime Tyson's wins. Don't think it matters about all the speed and head movement Tyson has, he gets KTFO like Frazier did but probably lasts till round 4. Probably gets through to foreman a fair bit and rocks him multiple times but I see it being quite a back and forth fight and as soon as tyson goes down he ain't getting back up

tillis has an ali style, sure not nearly as good but he had better d then ali and a nice jab.

ali never faced a fighter as fast, powerful and complete as tyson.

i wonder how ali would be viewed if he had quit in the last fraizer fight.

i disagree,he doesnt move his head as much as fraizer but i say he does a better job of it.

    tysons head movement is amazing.

but ur right about the topic thing.

I find foreman is far over rated, he was getting outboxed by light heavywieght moorer, then landed a suspicious lucky punch that one him the title back, dont get me wrong, foreman beats alot of people but mainly down to his power and toughness, not his boxing ability, or lack off. Tyson was by far the better boxer, but who will win? We will never know, but i would have my money on tyson prime for prime.

Yer sorry dude that's what I meant, I think aki struggled with Frazier due ti the constant head movement rather than the quality of it

Foreman would get potshotted and clowned by any decent and smart enough boxer to stay out of his reach.
He fights sluggish, careless, his punches are telegraphed, he's slow as ****, and his defense is penetrable to say the least... did i mention he's slow as ****?
Really there's nothing out of order or impressive about this man apart from his power(which i think is getting quite overrated anyway).

Flame on me as much as you want turds, but Foreman ain't the only HW champion of the past who's mythical status does not go well hand in hand with video evidence.

Tyson no matter how much **** he gets for losing to Buster, is by far a more complete HW then Foreman.

Foreman of Kingston 1973 to Zaire 1974 (inclusive) beats the 1988 Tyson.

    Sums it up for me.

Foreman despite being Gold Medalist didn't appear to be the same unstoppable force that Tyson was until he beat Frazier.

Tyson had the technical proficiency, 1 punch KO in either hand, handspeed that rivaled Muhammad Ali & Floyd Patterson and beat a wide variety of styles in such a decisive manner that no one could fathom what his potential weakness were or if he even had any.

Additionally Tyson was by far the more consistent fighter in his prime.

Foreman was great no doubt about it but we are talking about his prime here and Foreman did less in his prime than Tyson did in his prime.
