Lewis tried to pass the torch to Vitali but Vitali got half his face ripped off instead. Lewis realising there was nobody good enough to pass the torch too instead did the gracious thing and got out of the way.

Lots of innocent men in jail. Ike was held for 14 months under heavy sedation with no charge filed. All the time they were trying to get him to cop a plea promising he;d be back boxing in 6 months. He finally capitulated but instead the judge gave him the max sentence 5-30 years
He never had a fair trial.
Kirk lost to Ruiz & Cortez just like Canelo beat GGG
    118-110 A BS result

Vitali beat a fat out of shape purely there for the check Kirk Johnson. Kirk didn't try to win he just cashed out
If Vitali had met the REAL kirk Johnson , prior to the daylight robbery where Ruiz & Cortez robbed Kirk of the WBA title, Vit would have a fight on his hands. If you
If a 100% Lennox re matched Vitali it would have been disaster for Vitali. An over weight under trained Lennox almost took Vit's face off imagine what a 100% Lennox would do Vit's life would have been in danger

Slight edge for Lewis in my honest opinion. H2H 36-41 years of age (hypothetically speaking) I’d slightly favor Wlad especially the AJ fight Wlad (uninhibited Wlad) Physical prime H2H Lewis lands a nasty right that renders Wlad into a back foot tie up type fighter and he loses via UD or late TKO. Comparable clothing made of different fabric.

I’m biased but I do genuinely think Lennox anyway, his comment about him being like a fine wine and being appreciated as time goes by was spot on.

That’s what was so nice about his last performance, tore up the Manuel Steward rule book and got to work,ok so he got knocked out but he knew he’d fought well and was obviously sick of his performance against Fury.

Wlad might be a better technician (maybe) but I believe Lewis was the better fighter who definitely beat the better competition, and avenged every loss he ever had. Unlike Wlad who usually had his big brother beat up the guys who knocked him senseless.

Kind of funny Lewis didn’t do the gracious thing right away though huh? He waited over a year to retire after the Vitali fight and then tried to give more ‘pointers’ to Corrie Sanders in hopes he’d beat Vitali. That time it didn’t work out so well. Lewis knew Vitali would be bad for his legacy if he fought him again :) The whole world wanted to see that rematch but Lewis and his mom didn’t like the idea of it too much. Lol Oh well

Nah I didn’t care to see what a fully in shape and motivated Lennox would have done to Vitali. It was a good scrap while it lasted but Lennox controlled it with spacing and his jab when he wasn’t completely gassed. Still it’s not as if I wouldn’t have watched it, Vitali is a tuff SOB and he would have fought like a true warrior even if he was out classed.

Wlad was clearly the superior raw athlete, faster and far more fleet of foot but Lewis had a better boxing brain in which he displayed a more diverse set of skills and ability to make mid-fight adjustments.

I wouldn't make too much out of who avenged more losses, Larry Holmes didn't avenge any of his losses and he's generally rated alltime above both Lewis and Wlad. Wlad not avenging his losses had more to do with a lack of opportunity than any unwillingness on his part.

    H2H prob I’d favor Lewis, he's a better fighter.
Wlad maybe a better boxer from a technical point, but a bit too fragile.
