So did Hagler, only better and faster. Forget Benitez, anyone could beat him and and forget the Hagler fight, because Hagler was an old bag.

Instead see Norris v. Leonard to get a clear view of how Ray handles speed and movement and it becomes abundantly clear who can and who cant.

This gets easier all the time for me when my opponents are John Thomas. Mr Magoo

Rooster, you need to take a leaf out of my book when it comes to being unbiased.

Hagler lost to boxers watts, munroe and leonard. He also had trouble with colbert and duran when they boxed.
Leonard struggled with hearns as a boxer, thats it.......
    Close it now roosty.......:good

My unbiasedness is at least on par with anyone else on here. I call it as I see it.

I say thee nay varlet! Verily thou hast forgotten!

Hagler broke the unbeaten Colbert's jaw (KO 12)

    He destroyed Watts in two

He destroyed Monroe in 12 and 2

Marvin did get a little roughed up by Duran and performed erratically but won without major problems.

Destroyed Hearns in 3 which you keep forgetting

Leonard struggled with Hearns, Bonds and Norris. Actually, he lost to Norris

Good thing Terry hadnt come along ten years earlier otherwise Ray would have no second title

norris was when he was shot

and if my memory serves me right leonard beat hagler (albeit closely but he still won)

now rooster shut up and stop trying to detract from sugar ray this is a forum you can debate not just slander 1 guy

Rooster 'loves' leonard? Now we know he is just purely shitting.......:rofl
(Hate to see how roosty would write about someone he 'dislikes' as opposed to 'loving'....)
