    1) 1994 Lennox Lewis who was KOed by McCall
    2) 2003 Wladimir Klitschko who was KOed by Corrie Sanders
    3) 2013 Canelo Alvarez who was schooled by Floyd.

I think physically all three were very close to their primes but technically, skill wise who was furthest to hus very best version anong these 3 fighters?

Some may disagree with me, but I think 26 y.o. pre-Steward Wlad was more skilled than 29 y.o. pre-Steward Lewis.

Wlad had better jab, better balance and obviously better left hook. I think Lewis technically improved more under Steward.

Canelo was probably furthest to his prime only because he was drained at that weight, still think Floyd would've schooled a middleweight version of Canelo too

Lets see I would say Lennox hit his prime around 1997 or so till like 2001. Wlad was in his prime from 2006 till like 2012-2013. Canelo hit his prime around 2018 in the second Golovkin fight till like now. So overall I guess either Wlad or Lennox since both were around 3 years from hitting their prime while it took Canelo like 4 to hit his.

I think by the way their careers panned out, you'd have to say Lennox was closest. By 1994, he'd beaten Rudduck and Bruno, and he'd become Lineal champ the following year. He was an Olympic Gold medalist and it's arguable he had his best performance in 1996.

Wlad on the other hand, while still having an olympic gold and a few dozen fights, but was still probably a little further away from the finished product than Lewis.

And Canelo was the furthest away imo; he was the youngest, least experienced didn't have the amateur pedigree to fall back.

    Canelo was prime.

Canelo logged one of the best wins of his career in his next outing whereas Wlad and Lewis stuck to fodder for a couple of fights. The truth hurts.

I totally agree with you…Pre-Steward Wlad was a better fighter than Pre-Steward Lewis
