Who was cooler, Jack Johnson or Muhammad Ali?

Ali wasn't cool.

Captivating and charismatic, yes.
But not cool.
At his best he was like a big over-grown kid.

Johnson was a pure bad ass, his people were getting strung up for just looking at a white woman...Johnson openly ****ed and married white women. He was a true rebel, and also a top 10 ATG heavyweight boxer.

Ali was just a poser, he had no balls.

Aii dad cool moments, funny moments, touching moments, but overall, he was anything but cool. Jack on the intervals, while I have much less knowledge of him, seemed like a real cool, slick guy, great boxer too!

I would have to say Johnson was cooler. He never let others influence his action or words, and had talents outside of boxing.
