Who was exposed the most? Pavlik, Cotto or Malignaggi?

None were exposed PERIOD...Enough of this "exposed" ****

 

Malignaggi was always the biggest hype job anyways...The other two are still great talents in their weight division, losing both to bigger boxers...

I dont think you could say Pavlik...After Pac gets blown out by Oscar how many people will say that Pac was exposed???

Maggs wasnt suppose to win so he wasnt really exposed.

Cotto is the winner here, Margo was suppose to be his coming out party, Cotto was suppose to be the future of boxing and the next great thing, and he got hammered and was made to quit. He was fighting in what was suppose to be his best weight vs a guy that his fans claimed was limited and over rated.

 

I hate to say it, but my boy Kelly got stuck and yes, very much exposed. Make no mistake, despite my fanfair I feel the result was a great one for boxing.

EXACTLY!! I hate this exposed bull ****. Pavlik and Cotto are elite fighters. Malignaggi is pretty much world class.

i can't believe some of the threads on this forum. How could this guy even say cotto was "exposed". It was a war between to great warriors. Cotto's lack of stamina lead to his own downfall. Along with the psycolgical factor of Margo taking every cotto's power punch. The rematch should be interesting though, if cotto improves his stamina dramatically.

 

Good point, except Cotto needs to learn to tie Margarito up a few times per round, not so much improve stamina.

this isn't a knock on cotto but it wasn't a lack of stamina it was a lack of heart, and the psycological factor.

 

Exactly; stamina is a lot less of an issue if you're not getting the **** pounded out of ya.

 

How anyone could qualify any of the loses as exposed is dumbfounding to me. Al of the fighters lost to other great fighters. Not mid level fighters but pound for pound great fighters. Hopkins beat many other good fighters the smae way he beat Kelly, Tito for one, and margo and Cotto fought a great fight. A war even. Cotto lost to the bigger stronger man. He was stopped he didn't quit. He out boxed margo for nearly half the fight but in the end Margo was to big and too strong. Paulie stepped up a bit in competition and lost to a better more seasoned stronger champion. You people on ESB are ridiculous. Any time a fighter loses he's exposed. Joe Louis, Ali, and other ATG lost fights. Doesn't mean they were exposed.

 

Malignaggi was shocking at least Pavlik lost to atg and he was fighting 10 pounds above his best weight.
