Haye lacks the heart of a fighter.

And how do you come to this conculsion?
Because he wasnt spoon fed easy fights til his 20th fight?
Because he came up against a good fighter, who he thought he could KO,but instead ended up gassing in his 10th fight?

    REALLY?

Btw Haye has got off the canvas more than once to go onto ko his opponent. But I suppose that doesn't count. David has no heart. WTF ok then

David also showed a distinct lack of heart winning world titles at 2 different weights fighting away from home.

    Shameful :(

Sometimes I can agree with you Iceman, most definitely.:good

Nobody got exposed. Young guys like Haye and Helenius loses it happens.

Haye came back better than ever Helenius is yet to make his own.

How does a fighter who fights a competitive fight with another good fighter while not being able to use his better hand fully begginning from 1st classify as 'exposed'. This is one of the most ridiculous threads in ESB recently regarding Chisora - Helenius fight.

Any boxing fan that actually saw the fight would love to see both of the fighters in high profile action sooner than later. It was probably the best heavy weight bout of the year 2011.

The thread starter is an idiot.

He was nearly stopped by Mormeck and the little super-middleweight Mock, but survived in both fights by using illegal RABBIT PUNCHES.

Resorting to illegal tactics shows cowardice rather than heart.

And so does his running from Wlad, after all the bragging about how he was going to knock him out.

You miss the point of this thread.

I made it because the Haye fanboys were going on about how Helenius is a bum because of one bad fight in which he wasn't even knocked down against a strong, aggressive age 27 opponent who had never been knocked down in his career.

Compare it to Diva Haye's fight where she was broken down and stopped by an age 40 faded former light heavyweight Carl Thompson, who had been stopped FIVE TIMES before he fought Haye.

You're missing the point. Helenius was ranked no.4 in the world by a lot of people going into this fight.

Haye was a kid just making his way in the professional ranks against a guy who was eevn at 40 prob a top 10 crusierweight.

No one was saying that Haye was at that stage one of the best cruiserweights in the world.

As for being knocked by Mormeck. SO WHAT?

Mormeck was considered the number 1 cruiser at the time, and he was fighting in Paris, yet Haye still got up and blasted him out of there.

That shows the heart of a fighter to me.

What about nearly being stopped by little Lolenga Mock?

Haye was hyped from the beginning of his pro career, and even before that, despite being KOed several times as an amateur.
