What a haters thread. Khan is faster but Hearns was also very quick for his size.

As for him KOing Khan that is quite obvious but then again he would KO the majority of WW now and KO Floyd and Pac at the same time and in the same ring, so don't even bother going down that road. But realistically Floyd would refuse to fight him and accuse him for being on PEDs, or it's bad for his health and Pac would probably drain him down to a deathly catch-weight of Bantamweight.

He would definitely KO Pac with a counter right, but I don't know about Floyd, he's a stylistic nightmare for Floyd, but Floyd has an iron jaw. It's really a toss-up match.

Khan is faster. Hearns, however, hits infinitely harder.

Don't forget that Leonard won the first fight by adapting, and if there's one thing Floyd can do, it's adapt.

Firstly Floyd and SRL are different fighters, especially at WW. SRL was a big, fast, skillful and an aggressive WW that had an iron chin. Floyd is a blown up WW with little power, defensive and has low output. SRL wasn't scared of fighting Hearns and was willing to trade. Even though SRL was highly skilled, he was losing the fight by a number of rounds until he stopped Hearns late. He was also willing to take risks against Hearns and punch with him, something Floyd wouldn't do. Floyd doesn't have the power or activity level to win against Hearns. Hearns could last a full 15 rounds with speed and power. Floyd at best would just survive and lose a wide UD.

But the likelihood of him facing one of the most dangerous WW in history is very unlikely. We know how he is unwilling to face Pac who is inferior to Hearns in everyway at WW.

Khan a little faster. Hearns did more damage and had better combos.

Floyd maybe a damn fine boxer but I don't see any scenario that sees Floyd beating Hearns at WW. Hearns was a huge WW, that had speed, power and skill. Floyd's proper weight is around 130-135 and not WW. The same goes for Pac.

Hearns and SRL were beasts at WW and if they came in right now, they would probably dominate all the way from WW to Super Middle. They were that good.

Khan is a bit faster, especially when throwing combinations but then that's to be expected, he's coming up from a smaller weight division and isn't as long or as tall as Hearns, who's punch had to travel further due to his phenomenal reach.

But Hearns was far superior and would have KO'ed Khan inside 3 rounds had they ever fought. Too big, too tall, and even with Khan's speed he'd be out boxed. Hearns out boxed Leonard with his combination of speed and reach and he'd do the same to Khan.

Khan is fast. I think he should slow down and move cautiously with that glass china cabinet on his shoulders because Hearns would shatter that glass
