Castillo gave him his toughest fight. Maidana deserves a mention too

Yep! I’d throw Zab in there too but for the most part he dominated for a long time.

Mayweather had a bad should when he fought Castillo and subsequently outclassed him in the rematch. Corley gave him some problems. So did Maidana and Mosley. He was never in danger of losing any of his fights.

As already mentioned Castillo, had him beating Floyd in their first fight. Zab speed caused his difficulties early on and Mosley came closest to stopping him but Floyd recovered well.

He did not outclass Castillo in the rematch. Official scorecards had him up by 2 points.
As for the alleged shoulder injury, I would not take it too seriously. Sounds like an excuse.

it was a UD. He won way easier than their fight bout. I don't know if you can watch the first fight without drooling at Castillo's successes but it is obvious that something was different in the way Mayweather was fighting. I don't credit Castillo because as said before he dominated their second fight.

Mosely only had one good moment in his bout v Floyd in te second where he had Floyd in bad trouble, but after Floyd adjusted to Shane`s tactics he completely dominated him, Cotto landed far more punches v Floyd than Mosely did.

How can you say Floyd dominated when he won just by 2 points? That is a close fight.

Obviously the loss he should have taken against Castillo.

I feel Maidana and Cotto landed more shots on Floyd than Hatton, Floyd`s face was a mess after fighting Cotto.

Canelo fought the wrong way v Floyd for the first six rounds of their bout, but he did get in some good bodywork, Canelo is far better now than when he fought Floyd.
