    I'm not saying that's wrong, just saying that the context that you wrote it in made it seem like there was an eternity between them when in reality there isn't.

    As I said, I'd have them roughly in the same tier. At one point I considered DLH the best fighter on the planet, that's no small achievement.

    The Quartey fight was close, but it was Oscar who went out to try and close the show in the 12th round. I can understand why the judges score it for him. Not a great deal of controversy, just a close fight going to Oscar.

    Oscar got a 10-8 round in the 12th of course, but Quartey was definitely up by more than 2 points at that stage, so irrespective of Oscar's attitude in that last round he lost the fight by the rules as far as I see it. Did you not have Quartey in the lead before the 12th then?

    I had Quartey beating Oscar by one point. He was just the more efficient worker the majority of the rounds, though De La Hoya did better in spurts. Oscar's trouble in that fight (and especially in future fights) was his gas tank. He more or less allowed Quartey to gain control with his constant jab, while he seemed to just take rounds off.
