The way I saw it, the rematch was decided by a clash of heads. The way I saw it, Vito was never out of it and the fight was close

Vito surely was doing much better than Hamsho

Hagler had improved from their first fight, it wouldn`t have mattered about the cut.

One of the criticisms of Halger, and there are few is this. Duran, Hearns and Leonard were lightweight , and jr welters / weltesrs and best rated there. Who is the best natural media weight?

Definitely Vito. Made Marvin realize a couple of things.

Hearns. Even though Hagler got to him early, I'd favor him against anyone else Hagler beat.

Hagler said himself the best fighter he ever fought was Duran, but as to who gave him his roughest fight I'd go with Mugabi and Vito and I'd say Mugabi landed more punishing punches than any fighter Marvin ever fought. Vito made him work for 15 rounds.

But Hearns knocked out a light-heavy and had the same reach as Ali.

It was Chris's little Brother, Kevin. He gave Hagler two very difficult nights. Hagler always spoke of Kevin with the greatest respect.

And Chris Finnegan was kayoed by Bob Foster in the 14th round in Sept 1972 in London, England.

The most dangerous on the night he fought them was Hearn's for mine.
