Why would anyone hold Pavlik in less regard for moving up in weight and fighting a legend whose style was clearly made for fighters such as Pavlik?

Exactly. And I heard B-Hop has been counseling Pavlik recently.

Maybe a miracle happens and he drops Jack Loew. I'm sorry but i was disgusted and how poorly he was advising Pavlik in his last fight....not just because of him only telling Pav to double the jab since the first round until the 12th, but him telling him to hit B-hop low....that was shameful.

team pavlik shouldnt came out in those police uniforms. that pissed hopkins off.

 

Lacy had far more religious believers, the Pavlik group always had a sense of doubt that tempered their fervor.

 

I dont remember any serious Boxing writers compare Pavlik to Tyson, or say he was going to be the future heavyweight champ, So Lacy was held higher than Pavlik. Pavlik deserved his praise.

 

both were overrated imo,lacy will never be a top tier fighter,pavlik might still be if he drops his ****ing clueless trainer.
