Who was/is more overrated? Prince Naseem Hamed or Amir Khan?

    Let's dissect this situation, you are crying and trying to diminish my knowledge of the sport because I'm merely saying what many other boxing fans have said, Hamed came to the States, finally started fighting real fighters, well a couple of them, and got embarrassed right out of the damn sport.

    That most certainly proves me right in fact. Hamed was held by the press and a ton of fans as an ATG when his hype was at an all time high, and he was proven to not be an ATG which classifies him as overrated.

    You're doing a good job of showing your lack of knowledge all on your own.

    Your summary of his career above shows you've probably learnt about Hamed reading wikipedia and never actually seen a fight.

    I personally don't care, as beyond thinking he was exceptionally talented and a great entertainer, I was never a fan. At that time my favourite boxer was MAB.

    name a time naz was actually badly hurt? half the time he was caught off balance and jumped straight back up. that doesn't mean he had a glass chin.

    no one would argue with that

    he was beaten not embarrased in the boxing sense. the only thing that was embarassing for him was that when you are as flash and cocky as he was, when you lose you look a bit stupid. but mab was an atg and naz took him too lightly.

    he got stripped of them all eventually. he had the wbo the longest tho. but by time he fought mab he didnt own any belt. and i think the wba champ got stripped for fightng hm.
