Someone said on twitter Hamed was the best feather from 1982 onward despite Hamed being beat by Barrera! Do fans agree with this claim? Who do fans feel was the best feather since 1982? I don`t feel it Hamed at all.

This. Considering how amateurish and limited MAB made Hamed look, obviously he's above Hamed. And considering the others' performances against MAB, except John of course, it's clear they were better than Hamed as well.
Nelson for me. He was a beast at the weight (and in general). Hamed might shade him for power (although that Cowdell KO was brutal and as good as any that Hamed managed) but Azumah was a far better technician, smarter in the ring, and far more adaptable.
