The word athletic means speed and fluidity of movement to most people it seems. Both Pac and Floyd have this.

I was just thinking how stamina and high volume are not seen as an athletic quality by a lot of people. But if you think about, how is performing a physical activity at a high rate without tiring not an athletic quality? It definitely is.

Seems like explosiveness, flexibility, speed, fluidity = athleticism

Strength, endurance, durability, power = not athleticism

To me, athleticism is range of motion and physical ability to be explosive with movements. Pac had obscene athleticism, which is why despite his sometimes too busy footwork and being off balance, dropping him was an extremely difficult task. To switch directions as quickly as he does requires extreme athleticism.

    Lomachenko
    Bam Rodriguez (maybe)
    Crawford

What? I'm saying work rate does NOT equal athleticism. Shot Jesus Soto-Karass threw 1,850 punches a few years ago.

Manny. Hands down. He was faster, more active, would take angles and had a pendulum step that never stopped. He climbed multiple weight divisions, more than Floyd. It's really an easy question to answer.

Depends on if we are talking offensive athleticism or defensive Athleticism.

as they were both equally as athletic but used it differently regarding their fighting styles.

I bet most people are basing this off Money Mayweather and not Pretty Boy Floyd. Pretty Boy version is much more athletic than Pac.
