Mosley, in his 40's, challenged Manny ****ing Pacquiao! The best in the world and a lock for a top 30 ATG P4P list!

And Haye challenged Wladimir Klitschko, a 6'6 Ukrainian giant, who's also the best heavyweight on the planet!

Just because they didn't pull off an Arturo Gatti type fight, doesn't make them "cowards."

They both put on bad performances and didn't try as hard as they should or could have, but in one, single night they've done something braver than anybody on this forum will ever do.

Coward is a harsh word for but Haye didn't ask Booth to stop the fight. And Mosley's shitty attitude after the beating was pretty ugly.

 

There is absolutely no comparison. Taking away the circumstances (Mosley being old and shot) Haye fought nothing like a coward, he had his gameplan and tried to knock klitchko out, it didnt work, cuz he's just not that good. Mosley on the other hand... well that was just a disgraceful performance

 

Now stop this. He did it only for the paycheck, nothing brave about it.

 

He still had to enter the ring and still had to fight Manny Pacquiao. For the paycheck or not, he still had to train and fight.

Which was very brave, considering the circumstances. For you to say "nothing brave about it" is very ignorant. Would you train to fight Manny Pacquiao? Would you enter the ring in front of thousands of people to fight an ATG and the P4P best on the planet? While way past prime and 40? You wouldn't. He had balls enough to enter the ring with the P4P best on the planet.

Enough of this coward crap. He showed balls just by getting in the ****ing ring, something a lot of people in the world couldn't do.

 

For that kind of money? I would.

Man, he asked his corner to stop the fight when there wasnt even serious damage inflicted on him. Shane was just an old man getting some money from his old fame. Cant blame him, but also cant appreciate his behaviour in the ring. Dont act like going out to the ring for a professional boxer is something which requires balls the size of a churchbells. You keep forgetting the main aspect of this situation, he got PAID to get into that ring. He didnt do that from his bravery, he did it for the money, only for the money.
