Who would you say looked better on film when they were both undefeated at the time? You have 2 power punchers with athleticism and showmanship, not to mention very arrogant as well. As unlikable as their personalities are their talents can't be denied. Both were just too cocky for their own good.
Broner could stop Loma. He hurt Mikey and Maidana. He is heavy handed. But yeah, he most likely would lose most of the rounds.
Loma`s far better than Mikey and is on another planet to a prime Maidana who completely out-boxed a hapless Broner, all Broner had was a good left hook.
Broner was a weight bully when he fought below 140. 20+ pound gains and he fought midgets. Ponce De Leon still outboxed him. Quintero outboxed him. Broner was always a hypejob. "Hurr durr next mayweather" only to a dullard. Only thing I respect is when he did fight legit G's his own size he did prove he was tough as nails. I bet he could take a flush Wilder right hand get back up and would be shaking his head like "nah didn't hit me fam"
Lopez was the better fighter but I found Broner's arrogance more entertaining he was at least funny but cringey. Broner is just a clown where Lopez is a sad deluded Daddy's boy.
Tough call. Lopezs power was cretainly more intimidating. Broener had that poor imitation shoulder roll.
Yep the shoulder roll for Broner was deceiving against smaller and weaker opposition who couldn't hurt him anyway.
Broner was the first person to kind of cheapen the 4 division titleholder accomplishment then his brother Mikey wasn’t too far behind. Either way I can’t remember him even facing a fighter ranked within top 5 of any division. The answer is easily Teo who beat Commey and Loma..
