    recently? I saw an MMA fight and the guy landed so many powerful leg kicks that his opponent could no longer stand. He was really whipping those kicks out like a machine

    It is very hard to take leg kicks. Similar to body shots in boxing. Unless you are in that sport and continously conditioning that area with strikes and workouts then it'll feel like a world of pain.

    Leg kicks are the equivilent of body shots in boxing, they wear you down, **** up your base and ruin your movement. In MMA, you can do them from range though and slow someone down before engaging.
