Who was the best HW all-time for 6, 10, 12, 15 and unlimited rounds?

    Pick who u think was the absolute best HW ever for the following round limits (eg 6 means 6 or less rounds):

    6: Mike Tyson
    10: Lennox Lewis
    12: Ali
    15: Holmes
    Beyond 15: Marciano

    Nice list but I would throw Jefferies or Johnson for more than 15. Marciano while having the stamina to possibly go beyond 20 had not ever went past 15. It is not his fault though.

    well...although he never went beyond 15 id think he be the most effective. If you watch round 15 of Marciano vs. Charles I, it's not too hard to fathom. He could also could deliver a KO punch very late like in Walcott-Marciano I.

    The old timers who went beyond 15 seemed better at clinching than throwing punches although i must confess my viewings are somewhat limited. Marciano would beat any man into submission after round 15. He just wanted it more. At some point, i think it becomes less about skill and more about conditioning and will.

    Sam Peter is a close second though
