And if a blown up cruiserweight can hurt AJ, Bruno knocks him out as previously stated

Bruno sparks AJ early. Only fighters with good China beat him .AJ is not in that club.

That blown up cruiser has far more experience than Frank had, he`s far skilled and his punches come from southpaw angles, Bruno`s punches were predictable.

Bruno had a weak chin also.

Ruiz is far better than Bruno was and has a better chin, he throws more combos.

Ring Ring shot Arreola. He should pick up the phone and tell you otherwise

Why do you keep underrating Arreola? I know he’s not the best but he hits hard and had looked surprisingly good in his 3 bouts prior to Ruiz

    Povetkin
    Whyte
    Parker
    Wlad
    Takam
With some more wins over other decent contenders. His resume isn’t atg level but it definitely stomps on Bruno’s

Because he's MIDDLE AGED NOW and was never any good in his prime. I bet there are journeymen that punch harder than Arreola. Dont mean anything. He has NO wins of note, got a gift decision against bum Kassi and has gotten utterly humiliated by bumane stiverne in his heyday 2 times, not once, TWICE.

Ruiz should have just dominated him low difficulty but instead saw his life flash before his eyes twice and was forced to box Arreola because he was getting outclassed up close. And the worst part. He COULDN'T EVEN KNOCK HIM OUT. It was disgraceful. Almost as disgraceful as when he came 20 pounds heavier in the 2nd Joshua fight. Ridiculous

Ruiz dominated the fight. He just had those shaky moments early on. I’ve been following Arreola for a while and most of the time he looks pretty bad, but his 4 recent fights he’s actually been training harder and looking much better in the ring. Him and Kownacki literally broke the record for most punches thrown in a heavyweight fight right before Ruiz. He was also entered the fight at a career low and the best shape we’ve ever seen him in. It was actually a pretty underrated performance by Ruiz and I don’t even like his fatass

Is doesn't change the fact that he's middle aged and no good. Even bum Martin and Allen Babic would beat that version of Arreola just as easily and they wouldn't get dropped.

Perhaps if Ruiz washes Ortiz or any Chisora level fighter like Jennings or beats a semi decent guy like Rivas convincingly then maybe I'll rethink my perception about him. But now ? He's not good. I can't bring myself to put Ruiz in the top 10 nor can i call him better than Frank Bruno. No way

Why wouldn’t you call him better than Bruno? He couldn’t even get a belt in the 80s which is considered by many to be a weak era. His career highlight is beating McCall (in a fight he was almost stopped late in) and giving a raw version of Lewis problems early. Ruiz beat AJ and had a close to fight with Parker that could’ve gone either way. I don’t think Bruno would accomplish either of these things
