Roy Jones Jr. Nobody could touch Roy Jones Jr.

Pacquiao isnt even the number 1 fighter of this decade. Its Floyd Mayweather. The majority of boxing viewers think Mayweather will beat Pacquiao. There was nobody who anyone thought would even test Roy.

Pacquiao was made to look human 3 times this decade. Losing to a faded Morales and nearly being outboxed twice by Marquez. the majority of boxing writers feeling he lost the second fight.

roy in the 90's maybe the most dominant force ever in boxing he coul beat anybody under 230lbs head to head probably the only p4p #1 that could say he could actually beat anybody in the world nomatter the division

This is a tough decision, but it's also one I'm not sure I can make unbiasedly because I was a kid during Roy's best period and Roy Jones was a big part of what got me in the sport. I didn't know **** about resumes or him avoiding possible matchups, I just knew he was the most dominant fighter I'd seen in my life time.

That said, Pac does have the better resume. It's a toss-up call for me.

Jones's p4p#1 reign within the relevant timescale was not much longer than Manny's at all:

Roy JOnes by a landslide. It's not debatable really.

I mean c'mon .. His two wins over a prime Hopkins and Toney is greater than anything PAcman ever did.. Pac's two best wins came against a near prime Barrera and Cotto who's barely a HOF material...

PAcman doesn't belong in the same sentence as ROy.

Doesn't matter who's a better fighter of the decade. Both achieved something a lot of fighters will never ever reach in their boxing career.

clearly pacquiao, its not even close.

jones is a proven anabolic steroid user and spent the best part of the decade running away from the real threats like benn, eubank, mccllelan, jackson, nunn, hopkins rematch, calzaghe, and DM.

RJJ and it isn't even debatable. RJJ was unmatached fo damn near 11 years. It looked as if he was unbeatable. He beat people so bad that everyone forgot the people they were hyping for him to fight were supposed to challenge him. RJJ in his prime was God in the ring, Manny got beat by Marquez twice and schooled by a faded Morales.

Then you can top it off by fighting for WW championships at catchweights.
