How about you learn some readin comprehension. Manny hasn't really dominated a division since being at 130 and he didn't really dominate it since he lost to Morales and should have lost to Marquez. In a single division? Hopkins, Calzaghe, Wlad, Calderon, Wonjongkam, Winky and the Marquez bros are the players in a single division run, not easy to pick the best. Of these names only Calzaghe remained unbeaten in the given weight-class while Calderon's resume is split into two divisions.

 

Don't understand any votes for Vitali personally. Lost his title at the start of the decade, didn' regain it until facing Sanders in 04 before making one defence against a C level opponent and going into a 4 year exile. Wlad has faced better competition since Vitali became a champ again, not to mention the two years he was defending his title while Vitali was retired, and the 2 year reign at the start of the decade.
