    Good question...I posed the question but can't think of a name...Lamont and Anthony Peterson were born in DC, but I'm sure their is a more obvious pick then I'm forgetting. And Tony "The Tiger" Thompson lives in DC, but was born in MD, same thing goes though, not really a "best" pick.
