George Foreman was quoted as saying the only fighter that made him consistently back up was Sonny Liston. When they sparred Foreman was roughly 20-21 years of age--Liston probably close to 50!! If that statement combined with the info I posted earlier doesn't illustrate the kind of devastating power Liston had I don't know what else would!!

 

Depends on how you look at it, like in my opinion, Dempsey or Marciano if we’re talking Volume…bear, Forman, Shavers, Morrison or Wilder for that 1 punch force, velocity would be Tyson all the way, but you combine all these things plus sprinkle of streamline persicion you come out with (imo) Joe Louis….that’s my answer anyway
