Rosario at 135lbs or Trinidad at 147lbs?

Which of these two puerto ricans packed the more powerful punch p4p???

Hmmm...interesting thread as both were huge punchers in their respective weight classes. The main difference is that Tito carried his power up to 154 while Chapo was unable to exhibit his ability to do the same at 140.

Rosario is one of the hardest punchers I have ever seen.

Take the rematch with Ramirez, its not the fact that his blows land cleanly and hurt Ramirez that causes the knockdowns, its the pure power of the blows took Ramirez clean off his feet. That is scary, scary power right there, and a granite chin by Ramirez.

Trinidad impressed me more in the way he destroyed Vargas, Joppy, Blocker and Campas....

Very close. I prefer Trinidad's punching style, but as far as sheer power behind their blows I think they're pretty much on a par.

x2 Trinidad is the better puncher but in terms of sheer force, toss a coin IMO.

This sort of reminds me of comparisons between George Foreman's and Earnie Shavers' punching power. I think Tito, like Foreman, was the more consistently hard puncher. But Rosario, like Shavers, could occasionally unleash a shot that carried more power (p4p) than Trinidad's hardest clout.

Call Chapo a harder one-shot guy.
