Johnson said Choynski was the hardest hitter he faced.Of course Fitz was 46 when Jack faced him.

IIRC the one I was referring too was he was talking about the fight between Willard and Dempsey, and basically said that if it has been Langford or Fitzsimmons he wouldn't have kept getting back up.

Off topic but I stumbled across Jack Dempsey's picking his top 10 heavyweights (I don't think they are really in order)
    John L Sullivan
    Jim Jeffries
    Peter Jackson
    Jim Corbett
    Gene Tunney
    Bob Fitzsimmons
    Jack Johnson
    Tom Sharkey
    Sam Langford
    Peter Maher

I find Maher a bit surpising.

That photo was taken in "Jimmy's Corner Bar" ,a well known boxing bar in New York, the gentleman with me is boxing trainer and bar owner Jimmy Glenn.
I can tell from your lurid responses that you've never had a fight in your life, so stop with the big macho act you deluded fantasist.
You're the Charlie Zelenoff of the forum!
Why don't you go back to putting Lazslo Papp at number 6 in the all time p4p list .
At least that had some amusement value!

What is it that seems to make multiple people want to start beefs with you? Am I missing something? As far as I can see your end of it usually seems to be mostly reactive, and pretty phlegmatic when you do react.

Someone so disinterested in drama seems like an unlikely target. Then again maybe not...

I'm thinking it just about has to be Jeffries, Sullivan or Willard. Can anyone cite contemporaneous accounts of how hard these guys were perceived to hit? Reputation and subjective perception don't tell us whole lot, but it would be interesting in any case to know more about what their contemporaries though of their power (Willard especially).

When you hear some of GGGs sparring partners talk up how hard he hits, it gives an the type of impression that Fitz & Choyinski could hit just as hard as Jeffries believable.

    "You talking to me?"lol
I'm good with Seamus we often disagree but that's fine he can be very funny when he is in the mood.
There are a couple here I don't get on with, another has just been banned yet again, hopefully permanently. Of the two I cant rub along with, one has a fixation about a certain fighter and will do anything including blatant lying to reinforce his hatred of him.
The other is a complete Wombat who began a crusade against me and now wants to leave me lying in my own blood ,a harmless fantasist who would **** himself in a real confrontation
    situation.
His posts are so off the wall it would be a shame to see him go as he is worth his weight in gold for the amusement value, our pet Charlie Zelenoff!.

I've had tussles with Choc and Suzie but I like to think we are okay ,you would have to ask them.
Janitor and Ed Morbius are pretty even handed and will agree or disagree with you depending if they think you are right or wrong, you can't ask more than that.
I'm not aware of any other problems with posters.
