Oh yeah, you are right. That's on another level. If he would have beaten banks he would have fought wlad. Imagine that massacre. First right hand or left hook would had send him into the universe.

Wilder is manufactured on high level. His title challengers were a fu.. joke.
    Corpse of arreola
    Szpilka, wtf really?
    Duhaupas, wtf?
    Stiverne one was credible
Stiverne two was a fu... Joke
Breazele after he was absolutely destroyed by Joshua
Molina, wtf!!!! And even then after he was absolutely oblitared by joshua
Ortiz, who was 45 years old and beat never ever a top 5 fighter himself
Ortiz 2 after what??? For what he fights him again?

    Did I forget someone?
He got cherry picked challengers, who he could ko in highlight fashion to generate more money.

Wilder is a great marketing product from some genius managers.

As much as it pains me to say it,Danny Green, being from my home state,he had a ton of heart, fitness, and good right hand.He was at the right place right time, Australia was aching for a champion, and he had what only a few fighters get,a rivalry with another Aussie in Anthony Mundine, with Mundine being the polar opposite,A confident black outspoken Muslim. The very fact these 2 shared millions fighting each other.Had the whole country talking about the fight, then there's the Briggs fiasco,Jones Jnr blowout,Danny weight, but same could be said of Mundine, who in my opinion was a much better boxer.

Eubank and Benn fit the bill even better though, Eubank especially.
With that WBO title, which was very lightly regarded in America and the world, and the 168 being new.
Suddenly, after a couple of novice fights in USA, to good domestic level fighter in UK, Eubank found himself an undefeated two weight "world champion" courtesy of that WBO title and that got heavily promoted to UK casual fans who didn't have a clue.

Collins merely saw what a relatively easy path the UK WBO champ was getting and came along to get his share of the pie.

Eubank (and Benn) : Right place, right time.

Whenever you bring up how bad Wilders resume is there's always someone with the IQ of a Lima Bean that'll say "bUt OrTiZ wAs ThE bOoGeYmAn Of ThE hEaVyWeIgHt DiViSiOn" lol Ortiz best win was a shot Jennings and a 45 year old Tony Thompson, no he wasn't

Ortiz was a good fight and good win for Wilder. The problem for me though is there should not have been a rematch. Wilder should have fought someone else with a legitimate top 10 ranking.

Charles Martin. Won his belt when his opponent blew his knee out in the fight.

As soon as I read the title I thought of Steve Robinson , the guy was almost at double figures in his loss column when he fought Davidson for a vacant title , great to see his record and fights prior to the Hamed fight , Naz just too good for Steve that night , speaking of that night we had a top night with the Sheffield lads down town . Beer flowed well into the next morning without a hint of trouble anywhere .

Andre Berto, and the paydays he received without ever beating a great fighter. Collazo was robbed. He got paid vs Mayweather. He was being paid huge money by HBO. The money he made vs the requisite skill, makes him for me the luckiest fighter of the last 20 years.

I don't wish to be disrespectful to a very decent and humble guy but Billy Bacchus has to take this one.
