Sadly, that Cleverly's the best light heavyweight either man fought. Moorer's resume isn't worth a top 25 spot at 175 even if he may knock out some guys ranked there.

These fighters were both destroyers. Getting the best of their peers in the ring with them has been an issue for both Moorer and Kovalev.

Of course it does. But any reasonable person would be able to admit what has been written so many times in this thread. No matter who you choose the comparison is going to be close.

Not sure how I'm wrong when that is what I said. Money and timing. Well, if you are standing by your claim that Hill was running like a scared roach from Moorer despite so much evidence to the contrary there is no hope for you. Some people will cling to any fantasy no matter how ridiculious than admit to simply being ignorant.

I do say that if Moorer took the Hill fight earlier in the year for less money and unified, he could have been the one with the chance to face Hearns for a million dollar payday in 91. Instead he fought cans for a year, and left for HW when Hill wouldn't turn down a 1.5 million dollar pay to fight him for half the money. If anyone ducked in this case...

I've answered your question, you just don't like the answer, and no matter how many times you ask it, the answer won't change.
