    out of these well known punchers who was the most effective at the given weight, from the moment they hit their opponent whether it by one shot or accumulation, who's punches changed the tide of a fight the fastest:

    Pac - 135 Lbs
    Cotto - 140 lbs
    Mosley - 135 lbs
    Trinidad - 147 lbs
    Ike Quartey - 147 lbs
    Fernando Vargas - 154 lbs

    Changing the tide of a fight is a strange definition of 'effective punching'. Do I have to go along with it to answer the thread question?
