As good as he was Lennox was, he was not that exiting to watch, imo. Tyson was past his peak but still got involved in a fair few bust ups.

Lennox was not exciting to watch. I can never understand this. Watch the Grant and Briggs fights and get back to me.

Excitement have to go to Holyfield.

I'm not so sure controversy is excitement, or I would have Mike Tyson at #1.
Lennox Lewis was effective, but not really the most exciting big man out there.

Lennox wasn't exactly boring, but fought according to one of his most favoured hobbies.....

I never like to say just one name because it suggests the division was dominated, which it wasn't , the 90's was excellent and if you look closely enough the real 4 players who took ahold of the division was Holyfield, Moorer, Bowe and Lewis.. Tyson had better years prior to the 90's and towards the second half of the 90's he regained some desire to light those embers again.. Bowe and Evander did a lot, and Moorer surprisingly held his own and had some very drama filled fights.. Lewis from 93 onwards (after his loss) slowly began to dominate.. It was a great decade.. some fine contenders too... Honorable mentions to decent fighters in the mix.. Ray Mercer , Herbie Hide, Bruce Seldon, Mike Grant, Frank Bruno, Oliver McCall, all won versions of sorts but never bossed like the others....
