It doesn't have anything to do with these champions "not fighting each other" (not even true ) either.

In fact most of what you said is bull****. This is always the case when what you are talking about is somehow associated with your Klitschkomania.

Most people recognize Wald as the lineal champ ever since the Chagaev-fight.
At the latest he established lineage beating Povetkin, if you don't accept Chagaev.

Wrong. Linear champion is the man who beat the last champion -- or if the last champion is retired then the new lineal champion is crowned between the #1 and #2 of the division.

Wlad is new lineal champion after beating #2 Povetkin.

This has nothing to do with Klinchkos. Lineage means **** in this day and age. Picking up vacant linear titles left and right is not what the term was invented for. Times cahnge. Trends change. Accept it. Its too cheap now for somebody to claim the linear crown.

My bad, i expressed it like i was thinking it.

with number 2 i meant "the number 2 that was the number 1 but now you beat him so he's number 2".

Of course, to be lineal you need no belt, you just have to beat the top one in the division (outside yourself).

Shut up tweener. Its a fact the term means 'the man who beat the man'

That is the exact definition. Povetkin was never the man.

Nah, you're completely wrong. Just the other day, Ward was talking about it. Martinez was talking about it. Morales loved it. Fighters are aware of the concept and interested, fans are aware of the concept and interested, writers are aware of the concept and interested. As long everyone in the sport  is interested in it, I don't think you can really say "Times cahnge [sic]" and it "means ****" and all the rest of that crap you were espousing.

Identifying and naming a true King is exactly - exactly - the reason that Ring rankings and then the TBRB rankings gained such traction.

You were basically talking about establishing a new lineage, which was completely valid.

The last thing there was to a 'man' in the HW division was Vitali who beat Sanders for it and that is a very diluted example.

Last time i checked Sanders creamed Wlad into butta and everybody accepts Vitali i the better boxer.

Yes, that's why we use the phrase establishing a new lineage. It's an idea that is almost as old as boxing. If you're not making out that it's meaningless because Klitschko has established a lineage at HW, I have no idea why you would do such a thing.

Either way, it doesn't matter. The evidence points to the contrary and the tone of your posts are kind of Klit-ranty.
