You would think a guy so strong could ko every body, if only it were that simple!

May be not so much for SNV as he was himself 320 lbs (so based on ratio 'Bench weight to SNV weight' it's not that impressive).

But not many boxers lift that weights I think ))

I'd like to watch real numers of other HWs

Supposedly, Rahman could bench press 500 Lbs. If that is true he obviously belongs near the top. I think Foreman, Lewis, the Klitschko's, Carnera, Bruno, and a few others belong on the list. I'm sure Tye Fields was a strong MoFo.

When you see Valuev, of course you see the sheer size of him and his unconventional features but one of the strangest things about him was that he had quite small sized fists. I mean, they seemed massive compared to to an average sized person but in relation to his own size they were quite small.

I think Lee Haney once said that Holyfield benched over 400 Lbs.

Holyfield was in one of those TV shows where he competed against other athletes in running, jumping,
etc. He was terrible. Didn't look like an athlete at all. Was quite slow on his feet, actually. And he had
real problems lifting weights over his head.

This may have been when he was a CW, and before he roided up to HW.

Not particularly, especially for a man his size.

Actually the strongest pro HW ever went 0-1 and his name was Wayne Coleman but today he goes by the name of Superstar Billy Graham. He once bench pressed 660 Lbs.

Fighters have historically done poorly in those Superstars competitions; everyone remembers Joe Frazier almost drowning during the swimming portion when he competed in the 70s, and I don't think he lifted much either ... and overhead pressing is something that isn't practiced much nowadays; most trainees are spending an inordinate amount of time bench pressing, which doesn't require anywhere near the technique and core strength of a good military press. Even if Evander benched 400, there's almost no carryover to an overhead lift.

You mean with a dumbbell for your triceps?

Guy at my gym has the proportions of Wlad and is an undefeated prospect. He looks really really good and could make a dent in the division the next few years. The only weight lifting I've seen him do is a dumbbell over the head for his triceps. However it's possible that he goes to another gym to do weight lifting, I should ask him.
