Yeah, it all depends how we're measuring strength here.

Depends how hard each fighter was trying to resist being moved in the clinches (Lewis didn't seem to put much effort into it, from what I recall) but fair enough.

If Foreman favors Liston then the smart money's on Iron Mike.

George Foreman gets my vote... Overall Foreman was a beast, in his early career he over powered everyone with his brute force and as an old man proved to still be a monster who could over power and out smart younger opponents and with stand pretty much anything they threw at him.

Now when it comes to who can lift the most weight.. I don't know whoever it is probably ended up a journey men.

    lol

Yeah, I don't put as much emphasis on the prediction of the outcome, as much as I do on the fact that he respected Liston enough to believe it.

Yup it was tha truth . Liston was indeed stronger . Big George said Liston was the one fighter he could never control and always had no choice but to box Liston , he could not stand up to him for too long when they had their exchanges . He would have to resort back to being the Boxer always . Big George even admitted he knew Liston could have took his head off if he wanted but wouldnt because he was somewhat fond of Big George at that time .

@MikeRobinson66 Sonny Liston was the only man I couldn't control he didn't run, hide or cover up. I had to box everyday, big hands

Sonny was definitely a Monster . He was the epitome of a wrecking machine . He had a nasty reputation of breaking bones whenever he landed a punch . I believe your story 100% .

By the way , Your Friend sounds like a beast himself .

Yet his punches had very little effect on far smaller men due to both lack of speed and leverage. Had it been a grappling match then I'm sure it would have been a no contest since he was obviously far stronger.
